How does one get to know the motherboard's name in dxdiag?this may seem silly but still i don't know...?

  1. CPUZ could also provide you with details of motherboard and chipset. Get CPUZ here: http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php  Just click on Mainboard tab when CPUZ opens..


  2. Its on the the 1st row, where you find its processors discription, on the case of the motherboard name or brand you had to open your case and look on its boards.

    It has inscriptions of the manufaturer, like MSI, Epox or ASUS.

    Computer names also found on my computer, right click properties it will give what model your computer is made of, capacity and your memory.
