I CAN'T sleep at night, I tend to sleep during the day, it's 8 AM and then the next thing I know it's 1 PM. Also, I DON'T (Emphasized) want sleeping pills, I want it to be a natural sleep.
Also, I am completely addicted to being on the internet and it is only seeming to become more and more addicting. How do I get over this addiction to being on the computer? I currently spend most if not almost all of my day on the computer.
How do I go "cold turkey" and avoid the computer? My family needs it and I need it as well but I have become OVERLY (Emphasized greatly) addicted to it.
I NEED some advice on how I can change my life!
