How does one go about getting copy of summary court martial transcript?

if it's your court martial, you ask your lawyer.  if it isn't yours, you have no rights to it.

Once the court martial has been adjudicated on you may veiw the the findings but not the official transcript unless as it was said before it was your courts martial.  If it is you should contact your TDS attorney and he/she will furnish you with a copy.

Contact the JAG office and request it .
