How does one go about studying in Israel with the help of grants or financial aid?

I would love the opportunity to study abroad in Israel. I know of someone who was studying over there and it was all paid for through some type of grant or other free financial support. Don't know the details though.

I am 23 and have a good job right now but am at the point in my life I need to make some drastic changes.
