How does one make Kim Bab?

Question

My friend told me that white people can't make Kim Bab. She meant well of course and in our friendship that was far from being racist even if half this forum will think that. =p

Anyway!!

I want to prove her wrong!

And I have all summer to perfect the technique to prove to her that white people can make Kim Bab!!

So...

How do I actually make it?

She refused to tell me how and her mom doesn't give out recipies.

It is like making Japanese maki sushi rolls. Except you use kim seaweed. Instead of fish, you things like ham, carrots, tuna, and spinach. This is what I know about it. I never made or eaten it before.
