  1. Sadness is not a simple emotion. The triggers to sadness are many things, such as guilt, regret, pain, feeling unwanted, many different triggers.

    Find the trigger to your emotion, and ask your question on how to deal with your trigger. For example: If you're feeling sad because your dog died, you can ask "How do I overcome my dogs death". This question is more specific and gives you better results.


  2. assess what that person has done or said and what about what has been done or said has triggered these feelings

    then if it has been something said that has made you feel worthless , negative about yourself or others

    find a way to improve your emotional state first of all , join a club , set yourself a goal , fitness maybe .

    learn to paint

    read a book

    paint your nails

    your emotions will change

    the weather and your surroundings will affect your emotional state also

    but we all feel sad

    it will pass :)
