Question:

How does one overcome learning disabilities?

I feel like everyone else is so much more capable than I am. I have a terrible memory and I often feel stupid. I want to be more intelligent but what's percieved as intelligence is the ability to retain knowledge and retrieve that knowledge when needed. What's worse is that people think that I'm either absent minded or careless. I'm neither but how can I be successful when my memory is so terrible?

  1. There are several types of learning disabilities.  Have you ever been tested by your school?  What grade are you in?  Your parents should have you tested and it should be by your school and see what your needs are to get the same every otheras every other student.  All of this should be available to you no matter the cost to the school until

your partents are satisfied that they have done everything they can for you.  You can carry a 501 disability plan (dyslexia) with you to college
