How does one rejoin the Catholic Church if you grew up Catholic but attended the Methodist Church for a time?

You don't need to - thank God that you left!!Except for if you did not have a good reason to leave in the first place.

Go see your local preist> Tell him your story and off you go. You wont have to do anything special. As The Chruch sees other faiths as methodist, bapist  etc as a  valid faith, just that thewy aren't with the  fullness of CHrist teachings.. You will be welcomed back. Sort of like the prodigal son.
