How does one say THANKS to "Australia Post" my mum with dementia posts things and they always get us..amazing!

um gee let me see that is such a rare request that even Australia post them selves don't know the answer!

Send a thank you card addressed to the Manager of the Post Office where your mum does her mailing and include  a thank you to the staff in it as well. Otherwise, simply phone the Manager expressing your appreciation for the wonderful way the staff have helped your mum.

if it's a particular person your mum deals with who assist at her local post office you could try to ask your mum and then send a bunch of flowers to the lady/man at that post office with a thank you card... i'm sure they'd appreciate it even if it's part of their job.

Find out where you local mail centre is and send a letter to the manager, who will pass it on to the people concerned, as getting a letter to you is a team effort - not just the postie but the sorters.
