  1. Simple answer: protien enzymes rip it apart for nutrients.

  2. The small intestine is the site of the complete digestion of carbohydrates ,fats, proteins in the stomach. It is a long ,coiled narrow tube and is divided into three parts.the first part is called duodenum.middle part is called jejnum and the distal part is callled ileum.

The food containing partially digested carbohydrates ,proteins ,fats reaches the ileum part of small intestine. The walls of ileum secrete the intestinal juice called succus entericus , which completes the digestion of carbohydrates into glucose, proteins into amino acids and fats into fatty acids and glycerol

  3. HCl in the stomach hydrolyzes the complex protein molecule, breaking the peptide bonds thus resulting to protein monomers. the enzyme pepsin acts on these simple monomers and enables it to be digested

i hope this answers your question :D

  4. Pepsinogen gets broken down into Pepsin by HCl and Pepsin goes and digests the protein.

  5. hydrocloric acid in the stomach binds to an enzyme called pepsinogen. once it binds, pepsinogen becomes pepsin. pepsin breaks down the food that is in the stomach.
