Thanks

  1. At  your age you should be getting about 8 hours each night.

Too much or too  little can make you drowsy.

  2. sleeping doesnt really affect the way you run because ive gotten plenty of sleep and i ran like **** the next day, and other times id feel good. If you feel like your forcing yourself to stay awake, you didnt get enough sleep the night before. Im a highschool freshmen running the same time as you for the mile. I guess as long as you get sleep the night before you run, you should be fine

  3. The sleep 2 nights before is crucial. I've gotten 3 hrs of sleep the night before and have done fine. 2 nights before get at least 6hrs.

  4. your body performs better after sleep alleyways try to rest after physic exercise your body must recover to stay in peak condition
