How does someone become a famous public speaker?

I love public-speaking and talking to audiences but i just don't know how to make it to the BIG TIME!

No, seriously! You do.

Or you try and become a TV host. Get an agent, that's the way to go in entertainment. Or try politics.

I don't have any experience with this outside of a public speaking class, so my answer is a bit conjectural. Here goes....

Try by starting with stand-up or something at local comedy clubs. See if there are any other public speaking opportunities in your local area.

Do you know anyone who teaches public speaking? If not, try and locate someone, and ask them for advice.

Or, try posting some videos of you on Youtube. It's quick, easy and free.

Read a lot, be thorough on the subject on which u r going to speak. Try reading the autobiographies of Great people like Abraham Lincoln, Mahathma Gandhi, Martin Luther King and Swami Vivekananda. U'll succeed. Good Luck.
