How does someone become a "Carbon Credit Trader"?

I don't care that much for the environment, but any situation where dollars and worth are squeezed out of thin air (pardon the pun) is going to encourage a speculators.

Can someone without financial services experience become a "Carbon Credits Trader? How would someone become one?

I'm pretty sure there is no such thing?

You pay money when you use too much carbon, the government will never give you money for using too little.
