Is there like some place that you go and sing up or what? i heard somewhere before that they have to invite you but then that would mean not anyone that wants to do it can... how does it work???

First, if you want to call the CIA a "clandestine service", you DON'T want to be employed by them.

As to when, where, and how to "sing up or what?", try their website.

You will need a college education and/or experience in a field they want, such as foreign languages.  You have to have an impeccable lifestyle (NO arrests, drug use, alcoholism, etc.) and be at the top of your class and above average in intelligence.
