  1. extra or less than needed chromosomes from the dad.

  2. dear friend,

    yeah

  3. dear friend .. i am not sure i understood u well but i will try to explain the way in which a mental/psychic diseas (disability) emerges within my limited knowledge.

it is well known that each of us have genes in his body that control everything in his life.

some od us have genes responsible for emergence of psychic illnesses like depression , bipolar  .. etc  .. .

these genes are in the INACTIVE state until they get activated by certain stimulus like a great or chronic stress in one s life.

to explain more .. not everyone exposed to stress will have mental or psychic illnes but only those who have genetic possibility.

    gene+stress=mental illness.

    good luck.

  4. I will assume you are referring to Social Security Disability Insurance or Supplemental Security Income. You would need to apply via phone or at your local Social Security office. Only SSDI maybe applied for online at http://www.ssa.gov/

The process for receiving both is basically the same, but the requirements are different. In order to receive SSDI, you would need to have payed into the Social Security System and be found disabled by a Psychiatrist. I have not seen a case where a determination by a psychologist was sufficient. Previous work is not necessary to receive SSI.

The key to winning a disability case is representation. The reason is somewhat paradoxical. Assuming you don't win on initial application or reconsideration you would have a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge. In this situation, representing yourself is virtually always futile. The reason is if you can adequately represent your interests before the judge, they are highly prone to think that you can work. There are very few attorneys who will take SSI cases.

  5. You can apply for SSDI or SSI here:
