when i get upset or stressed, i always get very dizzy, and get dizzy spells where my head spins, and a few times almost fainted when my sight went black and for a minuete everything felt like it was swirling and falling, like i was falling. (well i was lol, collapsed)

but how is this? i don't understand, it happened again today, and i guess i am very upset, but such dizziness made me feels a bit nauseous.

  1. idk but i get panic attacks everyday and im always dizzy. i have anxiety/panic disorder so im dizzy a lot...also, i always feel like im about to faint, like sooooooooo close but i never do. its just what anxiey/stress does to you.

  2. Stress induces a panic attack, which is basically your body's "fight or flight" response.

Too much or too little oxygen to your brain causes dizziness.

    Meditate. Try to relax.
