Plants play an important role in biochemical cycles. While going through different stages of succession we can have different plant communities and resultantly different amounts of chemical may be relaeased in environment. e.g. when the soil is barren or less vegetation, sulphus or phosphorus can add up into the air but in case of forests carbon dioxide and oxygen is given into the air.
