How does the 'my contacts' and 'my fans' work?

Question

If I click on someone's 'add to my contacts' then they appear there. Do I appear in their 'fans' section? And then if they reciprocate and click in my 'add to my contacts' I'm in their 'contacts' section, right? Like an upgrade from being just a fan? Thanks!

Well.."my contacts" yes you do appear as their fans and if they choose to be your fan it is kind of an upgrade so yeah.

The contact list is a list of people you have added to your contacts; yes, you do appear in their fan list. The fan list is a list of people who have added you to their contact list. Reciprocating isn't really an upgrade, it's kind of a formality.

contacts are people you know, but fans are people that have added you to their contacts, but you dont necessarily know them.
