How does the AKU (Aga Khan University) admissions process for overseas students work?

If I want to apply for the fall 2009 term, when would I:

(1) Send in my application?

(2) Have to send in my SAT I and II scores?

(3) Have an interview?

(4) Find out whether or not I got accepted?
