How does the Chicago Trolley Work??

How does the Chicago trolley work..ok i know you can buy tickets online and then just go to were the tour begins and get on... but do you get off any were or do you stay on all 2 hours on the trolley or do they stop..if they do stop how much time do they give you look around

No, they don't wait for you. But you can get out at any stop along the way and catch the next one. My feeling is, you can use the open air trolley, and it is free, with a "tip bucket" prominent. So it costs a couple of bucks, anyway. I'd rather pay the couple of bucks for the bus and not have drunk tourists screaming in my ears.
