  1. by enforcing draconian measures against anybody who tries to get a slice of the action from outside the EU (ie massive tarriffs and restrictions)


  2. It does not apply strong border taxes as it is member of the WTO.

    The EU applies rather free trade agreements with other countries and encourages a reduction of trade barriers around the world.

  3. Give trade priorities to member countries only before trading with others.
