How does the Energy Star affect you when buying lightbulbs?

Do you prefer the regular ones or the new ones that only use about 20% of the energy?

I use CFL's.  Not only do they provide adequte amount of light, they also conserve energy. They cost a little more, but they last a lot longer than conventional bulbs.
