How does the Indian matchmaking work in India and the US,is there a rush to get married at young age?

as far as india is concerned , no its not at all being rushed or something like that. people take their own time about how they wanna go about their life and careers,what kinda life partner they want and everything they think they should consider before getting married. this all is about today's youth in india, its fast changing and people are well aware but yeah talking about rural areas, people are still ignorant and they tend to marry their children off at an early age.

talking about the u.s. i don't know.
