Ok, it's simple. You know how Pokemon have Experience Points? Well when you put a Pokemon in the Day Care, Leave. Then walk around our ride your bike or whatever.VERY IMPORTANT: For each step you take, that Pokemon gains one experience point. You can leave 2 pokemon. If you leave one male and one female, you could get an egg after a while. When you want your Pokemon back, talk to the lady.
