How does the WWE figure out......?

when a wrestler is a fan favorite/should get a big push? (I'm not sure if that's the right wording. It's hard to explain...this made more sense in my brain before I started typing it out lol..)

I will give an example: Kendrick...besides his talent...and hard work...how does the wwe know he's going to work well? Do they follow along with all the fans feedback on websites and stuff(ex:we on yahoo have been saying how good he is...did that make vince go with the decision to put him in the scramble among other things?)? do they use the crowd reactions as the main source? Like how do they figure out when to release superstars? I do understand a lot of guys are pushed and do well...even if people said they wouldn't. I do realize there's all different types of things that go on...things like ..if he works..good...if not we can try again and then if that doesn't work...he/she is released. d**n i wish this would come out the way i'm thinking of it lol...i hope you understand what I mean..

so basically...how does the creative team know when someone is worth the push? (again i do understand it's about the talent and all...but sometimes people don't work out and have talent...)

also how does the wwe realize it's time to release a person?

  1. hhh decides

  2. As for Kendrick I'm pretty stumped... But it's supposed to work when either a heel or face gets a very large reaction whether good or bad from the crowd and that was how I was told it works. I might sure = /

  3. u suck as ur ques too lol

  4. Well the writers look at the wrestlers they have been given and design characters and short little story lines that they will try out in house shows. Also they will look at tapes from their last promotion or if they started out in OVW formally and now FCW and see their skills from their. Whoever looks like the best choice the writers will go through Vince and see if he thinks the push could be used.

As for releases the WWE can hold around 110 wrestlers on their roster. So when the roster is full and some one knew comes up they will need to release. Then they go through alomst the same process the writers see who they can work with and who they have no work for. Then the people that the writers dont think they can work with get judged with past expirences if they think they will be able to do anything with them at any time. The person or persons that are the lowest on the list get released.

  5. that's wht their job is........... they have people who do it..................!

  6. Well they probably judge from the reactions that the wrestlers get in dark matches and on house shows. Take R-Truth and Braden Walker for instance. Both worked their fair share of dark matches and house shows but Truth showed the better in ring skills and better work ethic while Harris{Walker} appeared sluggish and had some attitude and weight problems with the referees and officials backstage. It all comes down to a mix of backstage politics and reactions that the wrestler get while working dark/house show matches. At least in my estimation

  7. Its really who kisses Vince's *** really , nothing  to do with talent like the old HBK or Hulk Hogan - *** lickers
