Question:

How does the Xbox360 display games in any higher than 480p since the games are on dvd's, not bluray or hd dvd?

on the back of most 360 games, it says they go up to 720p and 1080p. but how can they if the discs they are written on aren't high def discs such as blu-ray or hd-dvd? This leads me to believe that the 360, no matter what cables your using, be it components, HDMI, or VGA, can NOT display games in any better than 480p and that microsoft is basically lying by putting it on the back of many games that they will play in 720p and 1080p.

  1. Well you see  *pushes up glasses* The flux capacitor in the back of the 360 makes it possible. Well actually i don't know but all i can say is don't give up on your answer for the truth... DID WE GIVE UP WHEN THE GERMANS BOMBED PEARL HARBOR? NO!!!!
