  1. By living in the Arctic where there's a severe shortage of predators.  As long as it keeps its distance from Polar bears, an Arctic fox hasn't got any natural predators to worry about.


  2. It does not have too many predators as an adult, because it is a predator itself and close to the top of the food chain where it lives.

    In winter it is all white and disappears against the snow.  In summer, it loses that coat and regrows a brownish fur that helps hide it within the forests, etc.

  4. The arctic fox is white and blends in with his surroundings. Also there are not alot of predators out there so he hunts pretty much in peace.
