I guess Sony is OK if you can't afford any better quality amps.  I think that Sony amps are sloppy and over rated.  I will always use the Old School Precision Power Art Series or Sedona Series amps!  Powerful, Clean, and they just look d**n s**y!

They are ok.....but I like rockford the best.

I've installed lots of them, with few problems.  They don't really have any features that make them stand out compared to other brands, but they're CEA-2006 compliant and I've found them to be fairly reliable.

I've also found that the vast majority of "car audio" people who babble about brand names ("this brand is the best, that brand sucks") seldom have any idea what they're talking about.

Sony amps are alright. I don't get why people bash on Sony so much.

They might not be the best brand but they're definately not as horrible as people say they are. Especially they're amps are rather good than bad.

Btw why are you calling someone out over Y!A.
