How does the brand of chocalate affect how quickly it melts?

i have to do this for my science experiment so dont tell me all of it just name 4 brands you think will be good (not expensive cuz i dont really want to spend a lot of money cuz i want to buy my new BMX bike)

  1. The cheaper makes of chocolate will contain more hydrogenated fats,rather than the coco butter which is the original fat in chocolate. These fats are what decides the melting point, but if you want to show a difference to your teacher, you will have to measure the melting point very precisely, to maybe within a tenth of a degree Celcius. You will also have to buy one cheap bar and one expensive (Swiss or Belgian) make, and read the list of ingredients to make sure the fat composition is different in each.
