How does the car paint change on car websites?

for example, if you go to a website and select a color, the paint changes though the rest of the car remains the same. If it is done with photoshop (or another image-editing program), how do they keep the reflections on the car the same? the one i was looking at, just for the record, was the 09 chrysler town and country.

they also do this on ebags, but i think they might just use a different bag for that.
