How does the constitution give the right to abortion?

Question

I've been researching abortion, how it became legalized and so forth, and I don't really understand how the constitution supports it. I know this is a sensitive topic and I'm hoping this won't get ugly. I'm just looking for someone to explain this in a way that I understand.

The Constitution does not support abortion nor does it "give rights". Abortion was legalised by the SCOTUS by hearing a case they never whould have taken up. IOW, it is a case of making law from the bench, instead of interpreting a law. SCOTUS has been "making" laws for a number of years now and need to be reigned in by Congress. However as long as liberals control congress that will never happen.

Im not quite sure how the constituion itself supports it but I know it became legal because woemen were getting it done illegaly whcih is very unsafe and usually they were harming themselves or even killing themselves by getting it done illegally. But I mean abortion is a womans choice, thats the main reason it should be legal.

I don't feel any MAN  has the right to answer this question. It is my body and I have a right to do with it what I want. If you argue I should have been more careful and not gotten pregnant then, I would say to you that a man has a responsibility in this situation. However, if I choose abortion it is a woman choice. If men don't like the idea of me making a choice, don't get me pregnant.

sea link, thats such a bad case to legitimize abortion. with that rational, the govt should hand out acid so we know its safe and no one would ever get a bad batch again.
