  1. Natural rights are rights that can not be taken from you. Such as freedom of speech, freedom of religion, the right to bear arms, the right to keep ones private property safe from search and seizure, the right to a speedy and fair trial (innocent until proven guilty) etc, etc. The Constitution was written to restrain government and to insure these rights weren't violated. Sadly since the Patriot Acts these rights are being quickly eroded.

  2. the constitution gives people natural rights by creating rights like freedom of speech, religion,assembly,press....etc

  3. Natural rights? Not sure in what you mean by the natural rights.

  4. It recognizes individual freedoms that are inherent within a person--it defines person, personal responsibility and for those who are unable to grasp the concept of person hood--it readily converts into a self explanatory law.

The Constitution was written for the average person and requires no further interpretation by scholars--it was written for average people, in plain standard language.

It simply recognizes the freedoms of person that are provided to humans, and within that interpretation is the foundation of the Law.

It is by recongnizing individuals specifically via their differences, not within a collectivist effort, that treats people as God's creation.
