  1. It does not. It just gives federal gov. excess power. The Constitution was basically ignored starting with the Civil War. Congress no longer has the power to declare war as they have given the president that right. The pres. can ignore Constitutional law anytime he wants to. My favorite quote was when the Supreme Court overturned a decision by Andrew Jackson due to its unconstitutionality. He said " the court made their decision, now let them enforce it."

  3. By preventing corrupt people such as liberals from seizing control over our land, and over the sensible people. Heaven forbid, if a sicko like Obama gets in, it would also prevent him from implementing vile components of his regime.
