How does the face on the milk carton end? ecxact details please.?

well, from what i can recall, it ends with her calling her mom.  after finding out that she does have a family elsewhere, she's determined to find them, and she finds them i think in the phone book, and dials the number, and a lady's voice is heard at the other end and then it ends. pretty abrupt, but i guess they explain it more in the second book! ^-^
