  1. The Federal Reserve is a system of private banks owned by the same group of elite bankers that for centuries have financed both sides of every major war and have turned free, prosperous and productive nations into a nations of perpetual debt and involuntary servitude.

Just like they are doing to us today.

    From Wiki...

The basis for the Rothschild fortune was laid during the latter stages of the Napoleonic Wars. From 1813 to 1815, Nathan Mayer Rothschild in London was instrumental in the financing of the British war effort, handling the shipment of bullion to the Duke of Wellington's army in Portugal and Spain, as well as arranging the payment of British financial subsidies to their Continental allies. Through the commissions earned on these transactions, the Rothschild fortune grew enormously.

The four brothers helped co-ordinate activities across the continent, and the family developed a network of agents, shippers and couriers to transport gold – and information – across Europe. This private intelligence service enabled Nathan to receive in London the news of Wellington's victory at the Battle of Waterloo a full day ahead of the government's official messengers. Using this advantage of information, they were able to spread false information stating that Napoleon had in fact won the Battle of Waterloo. A majority of shares in the Bank Of England were sold due to these lies, this enabled the Rothschild family to then buy all of these shares pennies on the pound, effectively giving the power of the Bank Of England to the Rothschild family.[2]

  3. The Federal Reserve System is the central bank for the United States.

Yes, they are in charge if monetary policy.

Their Federal Reserve Mission statement reads:

"The Federal Reserve System is the central bank of the United States. It was founded by Congress in 1913 to provide the nation with a safer, more flexible, and more stable monetary and financial system. Over the years, its role in banking and the economy has expanded.

Today, the Federal Reserve’s duties fall into four general areas:

    - conducting the nation’s monetary policy by influencing the monetary and credit conditions in the economy in pursuit of maximum employment, stable prices, and moderate long-term interest rates

    - supervising and regulating banking institutions to ensure the safety and soundness of the nation’s banking and financial system and to protect the credit rights of consumers

    - maintaining the stability of the financial system and containing systemic risk that may arise in financial markets

    - providing financial services to depository institutions, the U.S. government, and foreign official institutions, including playing a major role in operating the nation’s payments system "
