  1. I can't walk around naked, dang nambit.

Oh and, fluoridated water. Enjoy being docile.

  2. Libel and slander is when you knowingly spread disinformation about something with malicious content.  This can be in spoken word and in text form.

Clear and present danger is the classic "yelling fire in a crowded theater."  It is intentionally putting people in jeopardy.

Terroristic threats are what they sound like.  Threatening to kill someone, or set a bomb off, etc.

  3. well first of all, noone has a RIGHT not to be offended by something someone else says...

examples of limits on freedom of expression include:

disruption - you can't walk into a restaurant wearing a bathing suit and yelling at people who eat meat

libel - you can't print something negative about someone else that isn't factually true

slander - you can't publicly say something about someone else that isn't factually true

obstruction - you can't jump into traffic to express your views

decency - you can't walk around naked to protest fur wearing

  4. HERES A GREAT EXAMPLE....CAN YOU THINK OF JUST ONE CITIZEN ASKING OBAMA OR MCCAIN A QUESTION WITHOUT SOMEONE SPINNING IT FOR THE ANSWER THEY WANT..YOU DONT COUNT

POLITICIANS WILL NOT  ANSWER THE QUESTION THAT WAS ASKED

WHEN IT COME TO OFFENDING PEOPLE IT IS THE POLITICALLY CORRECT IDIOTS THAT HURT EVERYONE.

AN AFRICAN AMERICAN POLITICIAN WENT BALLISTIC WHEN THE PHRASE "BLACK HOLE" WAS USED, HE HAD NO IDEA IT WAS A SCIENTIFIC PHRASE...BUT RACE IS THE CRUTCH THEY FALL ON WHEN THEY DONT UNDERSTAND....
