  1. They breath through holes in the side of their bodies known as spiracles, these lead to tubes known as trachea which distribute oxygen throughout their bodies.  


  2. they have holes on there thorax that take oxygen to there box lungs witch curulates the oxygen to the body then out of other holes

  3. insects come under phylum arthropoda as the respiration mainly takes place in arthropodas by gills(as in prawn) ;book lungs(in scorpian& spider) ; book gills(as in limulus).  but in insects respiration through tracheae&spiracle                                                                               i hope i hav given u the best &explained answer.
