  1. The menstrual cycle is different for every woman. The first day of blood flow is the first day of a woman's menstrual cycle. On average a woman's menstrual cycle will last 28 days (but many women go from 22 all the way to 45 day cycles). On the average 28 day cycle, a woman ovulates on day 14. Ovulation can last up to an average of 48 hours. The best time for a woman to get pregnant is from up to 5 days before ovulation all the way to 1 to 2 days after ovulation occurs. Ovulation is the most fertile time in the menstrual cycle, thus the best time for a woman to get pregnant. The worst time to try and conceive is during a woman's period (menstrual flow) as this is the time when the egg is being flushed from the woman's body.

There are no effective methods for conceiving a certain s*x. The sperm carries the s*x of the child and depends on genes.

To answer what I didn't make clear:

Ovulation is when the ovaries (the things that hold the eggs) releases an egg. This is the most fertile time because the egg is now open to being fertilized by a sperm.

Menstrual flow- when the uterine lining and blood flows from the uterus out of the v****a AKA a girls period

To get your girlfriend pregnant you will want to have s*x with her when she ovulates. So have s*x with her 5 days after her period is over and do it often.
