  1. The morning after pill should be taken within 72 hours of unprotected s*x, but can be effective (though less so) up to 120 hours after s*x. It's something like 85% effective within the first three days, so not as effective as regular b.c.

It simply doesn't allow the sperm to be implanted into the egg.  I'm sure it's more scientific, but that's what I've been told.

Depending on your insurance, you shouldn't have to pay more than 35 dollars or so. If you live in the states you can go to or order the emergency contraception from any planned parenthood.  I've obtained it free of charge when I was younger when I did not have insurance because it is covered by a grant that planned parenthood has, as well as donations from private parties.

You basically take one pill, and take the next one 12 hours later.  (It's just as effective to take them both at the same time if you can handle it, but since you could vomit from the high amount of hormones many doctors recommend taking them apart to allow for higher effectiveness.)

  2. A big whammy of hormones prevents an egg from implanting.  Cost depends on the area you're in.

  3. Like a coat hangar except you use a pill & health risk is much less

  4. Hello! If you don't know how to find out, you don't belong having s*x!

  5. The morning after pill basically jus stops the sperm and the egg from fertilizing. U can usually buy them over the counter if ur 18 or older or at Planned Parenthood..the one over here costs about 45 bucks...idk about other towns. But the morning after pill consists of high amount of hormones and cannot be taken no more than 72 hours after s*x

  6. Kenny just google it.
