How does the pain compare

Question

This question ONLY for LADIES who have given birth and AND have tatoos. I have a very low pain threshold but want my two beautiful children names tatooed on my wrist to celebrate my 50th birthday later this year.

The pain is nothing like childbirth, but tattoos are done with needles.

Childbirth rates in the top 3 pains that humans experience, along with heart attack and the pain from renal stones. As a chap who has had the other 2 conditions, and has 4 tattoos, they are a piece of cake, honest!

I would rather have a tattoo done than go through that pain of contractions any day.  It will be a bit uncomfortable on the wrist cos its a bony area if its your first tattoo i would go for an area that has more fat.

I've never given birth, but i've had tattoo's and I didn't think they hurt at all!

hmm that really depends on if it was a poo baby or not..

If I had to use a scale of 1-10 I would say childbirth was up there at around 10 and tattoos just don't register on the scale at all.  I've had dental injections that hurt more than a tattoo.  Do you have your ears pierced?  Piercings are more painful than tattoos.
