How does the painting Landscape(with the fall of Icarus) depict the fall of Icarus?

Does it seem unusual to title a painting this way and then spend so little attention on the "main" character and why?

What point is the painter making with this depiction?

all action or human behaviour or results of human behaviour depicted in the painting is man kinds attempt to control  or become master of his environment . The message is that the universe will  ultimately  destroy  life. Icarus is a metaphor for mankind who will and is in fact flying too close to the sun.... with feet of clay, wings of wax  or an arrogance  that is self destructive.
