How does the reading on the AP English exam compare to the SAT II Literature reading?

FYI: there are two AP English exams, both with slightly different types of readings.  I've never taken the SAT II Lit test, but I have taken both AP English exams.

It is my assumption that the AP English exams have more difficult passages/questions than the SAT II Lit test.
