How does the relative humidity change with air temperature?

HOW WOULD I SET UP AN EXPERIMENT FOR THAT QUESTION????

  1. Relative humidity decreases with increase in the air temperature(provided no moisture is added to the air).But if you add moisture,while increasing the temperature,the relative humidity may increase,as the capcity of air to hold moisture increases with temperature.


  2. I have no ideas for an experiment, but I can tell you that relative humidity and air temperature are, on their own, not related.  

    Take this example: Phoenix, Arizona has temperatures of 105-110 in July, and often has a relative humidity of less than 20%.  In the winter, Minneapolis, Minnesota may have a temperature of 15, but have snow with a relative humidity of 95%.
