  1. You mean the one in arcade mode ? It will appear randomly after winning matches. Here's how it works. Every time you win a match, you will get money. When the Tekken Roulette appears, it will multiply your match money earned by 2,3, 5 or 10. Example, if you earned G 800, and  the Tekken Roulette stops at 5, you will get G 4000.
