How does the touch-screen moniter work. whaat are plasma tv's actually.?

i am interested in electronics but i never get to know how the work. pls help me out

My laptop is a HD plasma screen. When you touch the screen it warps, like as if you put your finger in a bowl of jelly.

plasma tv is e latest technology nowadays.. min size is 37" for panasonic to 108" of all brands in e world.. instead of our older days tv using 3 rgb gun tudes, plasma using "live rgb" made up of pixels.. these is standard resolution-1366x768 & high defination-1920x1080 which's more costly..so far, e only few flaws for plasma are "burned in on screen" & power comsumtion very high tat makes e tv very warm..anw, any further questions can email me....gd day....
