  1. Poorly.....

  2. Korea?.....only a ceasefire

    Cyprus?....island is still divided

    Mauritania?....still divided

    Congo?....still in conflct

Rwanda?....couldn't stop a massacre that killed more people per month than what the n***s could do

Sinai?....only fixed when the Israelis and Egypt forged their own peace

Bosnia?....nothing happened until the West intervened in Kosovo

    Timor?....nothing happened until Australia intervened

  3. Ineffectively, because of the UN Security Council. The 5 permanent members have veto powers on all issues. It's rare that all 5 are agreeable on any issue. The resolution of any conflict seems possible only if the 5 have major stakes in the political outcome.

  4. Observation, arbitration, mediation, propaganda, intellectual pressures, and, in rare cases, sanctions (trade) -- not use of force, any more! Basically, it's all counselling on that plane!

  5. They don't! They won't even get involved if there is no money to be had!

  6. They should but they don't. The USA has cut the UN into a puppet with no impact.

  7. Toothlessly!

  8. United Nations is the biggest joke around. There is not one conflict they resolved that the hostilities ended.
