well if its cold we wear longs sleeves and jackets and when its hot everyone shows off their legs and and shoulders and even the guys go tanning for a good tan > thats why most divorces happen in the summer LOL

It is very difficult, because if people have one real hot day where they can wear shorts and t-shirts, and the next day is a lot cooler, I still see people trying to wear the shorts and t-shirts. But obviously if its cold you dress warmer to stay warm. And if it is hot people feel that wearing less clothing will keep them cool
