  2. It depends on the type of plants that you have. Some plants can handle cold weather, others will freeze. There are plants for xerogardening, which means they need very little water, like cactus;whereas other plants need to be watered regularly. Buy plants that are in your zone, and the type of garden you want.

  3. Weather can affect plants in many ways. One way could be temperature. Most plants only bloom in warm weather and when it's cold for a long period of time most plants die. Also precipitation. When there's a lot of rain, the plants will grow more because they're getting a lot of water. But when a seed is just planted it too much rain actually hurts the plant. But when there's no rain a plant will have trouble growing. Also, cloud cover. Plants get food from the sun. When there's not enough sunlight they won't be getting enough nutrients to grow but when there's enough they'll grow.
