  2. It's all done through the united nations. The UN controls and runs alot of those organisations.

    There are 192 states/countries that are in the UN and only one in the world that isn't.

    Communicating with the world can be done when the general assembly is held because everyone is there.

    Some are full members and some are lifetime observors.
