I am 18 years old, 5' 2" at 176 lbs right now. so how does this sound?Breakfast: Slim fast shake 220 calsnack: 1/2 cup grapes & 6 cherry tomatoes 70 calLunch: slim fast bar 220 calsnack 1/2c raspberries 1 cup celery 47 calsdinner: small portion to equal 1200 calories.moderate exersize 4-5 times a week..let me know how that osunds or if you have any other suggestions?THANKSS!! :D
